We are selling our very first brewery!

Due to expansion, we have available an opportunity to take over our first brewery. We have a 10HL semi-automatic German brewhouse (high spec) and five 10HL conical fermenters, ICS chiller, Microdat cask washer, forklift, van, etc. We are open to discussion regarding taking the whole business or a purchase of just the plant. Looking for expressions of interest. We would prefer to sell as a whole, but would also take expressions of interest for just the plant. New lease available in Darwen, Lancashire enabling a new owner to literally move in and operate.

Price will obviously depend upon how much of the existing brewery is required, as a guide we are looking for £60k for the brewhouse.
